Today we wrapped up a very fun seminar with Greg Olson Sensei from Bozeman, Montana. (http://www.bozemanaikido.com/) A little history: Greg Olson Sensei is our own Leslie Libbey Sensei's very first Aikido teacher. At this seminar Greg Olson Sensei taught us to relax our gut's and shoulders, smile and be open to magic. He also taught us the important relationship between Aikido and country western dancing. (You would be surprised!)
